I received a coupon via email for $5 off of $10 so when my husband was going to do an oil change and was going to Wal-Mart I sent him to O'Reilly's instead. They argued with him and wouldn't take the coupon because the bar code was cut off when it printed off. I am so disappointed at the lack of customer service of this company. I am mad that my husband still bought the items instead of walking out like I would have. But, he said it took him a long time to get them as no one in the store helped him find what he needed.
