Recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t much about cars, so I was so happy with the amazing service at O’Reilly’s in Santa Monica. I called the store & spoke to Luke, who was so helpful that I drove right over to the store! Luke showed me the parts & explained the difference to me. After I paid he even grabbed his tool box & helped me with the installation.
Our battery died while visiting in Venice beach. We were told that there was an O'Reillys down the road on Pico. The customer service was horrible. When spent $200 on a battery with no help with the install. In fact while my husband was installing it himself three of the guys were out side watching and laughing. I asked if I could use the restroom and was told that there was not one. This is one store where we will never spend our money again. What ever happened to good customer service???
