Wow! Lee just handled my Chevy Trax wiper blade like a BOSS! I couldn’t figure out the blade replacement as it doesn’t have the hook like feature. She knew exactly what the issue was! She knew EXACTLY which piece to grab. Another gentleman tried and couldn’t get it. She was attentive, patient, and QUICK! I’m definitely grateful for her! ❄️🥶 is coming!
These people are great! Showed up on a night when they were busy and it was 9 degrees out. Not only did they willingly come out and help me get my battery out to replace it, I watched them come out to several more cars-to replace wipers in one case, and in another to tell the woman she needed NOTHING. I know these are services that you offer, but the fact that all these guys helped us with such a gracious willingness was remarkable. Thanks so much for all your help!
