I’m genuinely curious about how someone who works and is supposed to assist customers with car-related items can be so rude and unhelpful. On June 20th, around 2:27 pm, my mother arrived and asked for someone to help her. The guy named Steven was extremely unpleasant and spoke to her rudely, telling her that he couldn’t install anything or help her. I was shocked and disappointed because he was getting paid to do this job, and it could have been a family member. It was a very disappointing experience.
