Our windshield wiper blew off going down 95, and being from out of town, we found the nearest big-box auto parts store. Turns out, we had a wiper in the trunk, but couldn't figure out how to fit it on the blade. We went inside to ask for advice, and Ryan went above and beyond. He showed us the adapter to use, but went into the rain and popped it on for us. We didn't buy anything, yet both men in the store were incredibly kind and helpful, giving our bad situation a timely fix!
Went there to grab some Nexgen products.
Worked with Sheldon to diagnose and fix my hooptie, couldn’t be happier with how patient and helpful he was. 10/10 will be coming beck when this turd bucket inevitably gives me more trouble!
