Called and asked about a part by number listed on website. Was told it was in stock. Picked it up but it was the wrong part. Called and was treated very rudely when I asked for them to get the right part, was told the store can get the part and doesn’t carry any of that brand . After an argument about the fact that it was in the website and instructions on said website said to call and order the part at my local store, was then told what I got would be fine, that except I didn’t ask for that and it didn’t come with the neede... read more
Horrible service. Employees and management know how to run the register but have zero knowledge of the business. As usual will order the part online....
Received some of the worst service ever earlier tonight by Christopher. Will not ever walk back into this store ever!
I'll be shopping at NAPA from now on. Maybe you should check your returns better before putting them back on the shelves
