Huge thank you to Ishmael at O’Reilly Auto Parts! I’ve been to the store twice in the last couple of days, and both times he went above and beyond to help me out. I’m not super familiar with auto parts or the store layout, but he assisted me quickly, kindly, and with a really great attitude. His customer service is phenomenal, and I can totally see why he already has great reviews. He definitely deserves every single star. Great employee!
Came here yesterday for a new battery. I was kindly greeted and serviced by ishmeal. He was very sweet and proficient. Changed my battery for me and got me back on the road. He definitely deserves a raise or a bonus!
They seem to not know what products they are selling (asked if the spark plugs came pregapped they responded with idk) or what brands they sell. That aside it seems like the policies at this O’Reilly is different from any other O’Reilly I’ve ever been to. I pray I don’t have to visit this establishment again.
