My husband went in tonight to ask about scanning my car because the airbag light was on. The younger employee (with glasses, longer hair and scruffy goatee) told him there is nothing that could be done and after my husband asked a couple more questions, the employee laughed and told him that he would just put tape over the airbag light on the dash.... Never going there again. That is NOT acceptable customer service.
