I will never do service with this O'Reilly's in Purcell, OK again! We called on our way there and told them the urgency of the emergency we were having. We asked them to set everything out, and if we could pay over the phone, that was not an option. We got there as absolutely fast as we could, and we walked in at 8 o’clock on the nose with cash in hand. RecommendedI was there this evening to get a new battery for my car, and a sweet kid named Matthew helped me. Installed it in the parking lot and had to work super hard to get the old one out due to location. Never complained and it was warm out. He did a great job, was super impressed!
Was in the store in Purcell, OK two times today. Two totally different experiences. First on was with the manager and very pleasant. The tool i bought broke so I went back to return it and the guy working the counter acted like it was a hassle to do my return. Even the asst. manager was not as nice as the manager was to me.
