I called in to have a part ordered in and they said it would be in the next day. Went in the next day to pick it up and they said I never called to order it whatever. So I ordered it and payed for it so the next day I go in to pick it up again and they tried to say I never payed for it. And both of the people I dealt with were managers. Terrible service
Alex was very helpful and friendly.
Called ahead for my fuel tank straps. They had them waiting for me when I arrived. Very nice people here. Total opposite from my experiences at the one in St. Cloud.
Manager helped us with an emergency fix in the parking lot. Way above & beyond service. I could not recommend more!
