Horrible customer service!!! all I did was ask a question and this young kid tells me...well I don't know, I can't help you!!! there was a woman behind me that he treated just the same... but a guy walks in and both people jumped up to help him.

Can I give them zero stars. I bought asked for a blower motor for a specif make/model/year and when installed it physically spun the wrong way for my car. I tried to return it 2 days later and they refused because in the installation prices it got a scratch or two....anyone need a blower motor. Bad service when they give a a part the physically does not work to replace the part you specifically asked for. I will find a new auto store
BEYOND poor - would not even give it one star but wont let me write this if I didn't pick at least one.
Only auto parts store I go to, great parts and great people!
