Came here because my car was having issues starting. Emmanuel helped me test my battery and determined that it was bad. He changed it and made sure my car didn't have any issues.
I rarely leave reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to thank Emmanuel for his outstanding help. My Toyota C-HR needed a battery replacement, and after being told by AutoZone that they weren’t comfortable replacing it due to the complexity and risk involved, I wasn’t sure what to do next. Emmanuel is absolutely LOVELY! He assisted me with a battery purchase and installation. His customer service is impeccable. He’s patient, explained everything very clearly and professionally, and proactively checked a few of my fluids(which were low). I’ll always come to this location just because of him!

I’m a regular customer of O’reilly Auto Parts. The GM of the store is Christine, she’s been very helpful and accommodated me with certain issue issue that I had with certain part that needed to be ordered. She took care of it without any problems or eye rolling like some people do or talk behind your back. She’s an extremely patient manager.
