Went to get my car's headlights replaced after attempting two other places where I was told they "cannot help because it would be too complicated and take too long." Tyler from O'Reilly (north) was very kind and helpful and got everything fixed in less than 10 minutes. 100% would recommend.
My family has been shopping at oreilly for generations. The level of professionalism and customer service the manager exhibits while helping customers and her employees during a rush is refreshing to see. Steph truly cares about what she's doing. Our son goes to college at ACU and she helped him a couple times when he was in a bind. She really has a great group at this store. Thank you Ambler store for always greeting us with a smile and going the extra mile to help us old fashion folks.
