I was ignored, employee 1 didn't even acknowledge me when I set my stuff on counter, employee 2 finished with his customer then walked right by me, then glanced over, finally seeing me. I'll never visit that location again.
I ended up with a dead battery on the way to work this morning,we stopped in to get a new one and Ed went above and beyond to help get us back on the road!
The staff was courteous and helpful and answered all my questions and help me get together a list of the repair parts needed to fix my car
