Awesome guys in this store!
I can’t remember the managers name, I believe Brandon? Anyways, he was a tremendous help this morning. Spent the time and the tools helping my troubleshoot some annoying issues. Worth using this local location
Customer service was far from excellent. We were given the wrong part. When we returned, the guy the made the error didn’t say anything to explain what happened. No apologies.
I recently stopped in for a turn signal bulb for my Explorer. The crew was helpful and the young lady behind the counter kindly volunteered and replaced the bulb as I am recovering from a neck surgery. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and would not take a tip. This is not the first time we have received excellent service at this location. Thank you all so much!
