Used to be a great place to go but they don't answer the phone and gas is expensive to drive there and find out the parts you ordered cannot be found.
July 23rd I went to this OReilly to get new windshield wipers. The young girl ( sorry forgot her name. Maybe Brittany) She went far and beyond to help me. She was the only one helping customers. But she took time with me to get the correct wipers and replace the old one on my driver's side. Even in the rain. The phone was ringing off the hook. But she still helped me. GIVE THAT GIRL A BIG RAISE. SHE DESERVES IT. Thank you so much for your kindness. I hope you get some help soon
I will always come here, best customer service, the guy came out to my car in the freezing cold and was so patient and knowledgeable and helped me to figure out the problem and fixed it. He was so kind .
