I discovered late afternoon that I need wiper blades and leaving tomorrow morning half-way across the state of Ohio. First, I went to AutoZone and they could not even figure out how to remove the old blades (young guys). I left and went to the O'Reilly Store. Walk in and saw a mature man behind the counter. Told him my problem and he said, "No Problem"! (They put a dozen different adapter in each package these days.) This guy had them apart and installed faster the guys at the Toyota dealership. If i don't order online Which i do 90% of the time This is my go to Don't expect any actual help, no experience behind the counter just cashiers I needed shocks for a custom suspension i built They needed a vehicle to put into there system Could not answer simple questions About length or even which end goes up Those days are gone
The guy who recently gave this store a bad review for customer service is obviously having a bad day. This store has exceptional customer service! I’ve been going there for months now and have met almost all of the staff and the manager. They are all so helpful and knowledgeable!
The manager Alana is so attentive and helpful. Her staff is incredible
Commercial customer here. Went in to buy a few cans of freon and upon check out made mention of the negative attitude I received from that last cashier. The big guy behind the counter responded by threatening me. Orielys is normally my go to for parts but this store definitely needs a little coaching and support from corporate with an emphasis on professionalism in a customer service position.
