Yes, I bought a gasket and the gasket did not work. I tried to return it with the receipt and the man told me I could not return it because it wasn't there gasket . He told me that they didn't carry that color gasket and that he was going to go in the back and prove it to me but the gasket he brought out was the same color gasket that I brought in. The store really needs New Management.
Bad experience at this store! Went to get parts for a FULL tune up i tell David that i needed 2 kinds of filters well i didn't get not 1 filter and 2 out of the 4 parts that i did get wasn't even the right parts and cuz of that i ended having to pay $25 extra dollars for the correct parts when i went to exchange them! Won't be getting anymore of my business there! I'll just go see Robert at the malabar location he's attended me twice and hasn't given me a problem!
My husband and I own a classic car, so there's always parts to be bought. We usually tend to go to this particular location. The day after Hurricane Matthew hit Palm Bay we realized we needed a spark plug for our generator. I called just to see if they were open and the manager answered. They were not open, but were there cleaning up from their own experience with the storm. When I told him what I needed he told me to just come to the back door and he would have it waiting for me.
