RecommendedAndy, the store manager, was so helpful to me today with my 2011 Ford Flex. He loaded the part into my car and due to extensive corrosion got me right in down the street at Brighton Auto to have it installed for $20. Outstanding customer service!! Keep up the great job!!

This Murrays location is staffed by goof-off teens and twenty-somethings who would rather play hacky-sack with the merchandise than help a waiting customer. Theyre out of control and could care less about their jobs. I ordered \$220 worth of parts and, when I came to pick them up, I had to wait 35 minutes while they played around and eventually decided to go and look for my items (sitting right there on the shelf all along, prepaid).
