The manager was rude, and did not bother to look up my item. My husband went back in the other man was nice and found it.
It's advertised all over the radio that if you purchase a battery from O'Reilly's it's free installation. However today I was told they would not install a battery on a 2007 Silverado. The gentleman working was awfully rude! . I went next door to Advance Auto Parts purchased a battery and they installed it in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Advanced Auto!
I was a long way from home when the battery light just wouldn't go out. GPS'ed my way here, they had the serpentine belt and an Alternator with a great warranty. More then that, they had the tools I needed to swap them out right there. I was back on the road in less then 30 minutes. Very Friendly People here.
