I had a disappointing experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts store. The employee I spoke with was rude and dismissive. When I asked for help, he didn’t explain anything or make an effort to answer my questions. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I hope the store addresses how customers are treated
Quality O'Reillys. Great, smooth, easy. Guy was nice and efficient. My mom's battery for her 2020 accord just needed to be replaced. 15 minutes of picking one, dude helped us swap them, then out of there. Only had to pay for the part and taxes. Good stuff will always come back for various other car related needs 👌

My mother needed a battery, so we brought her car to O'Reilly's in Leominster to have it replaced. During the installation, Axel overtightened the ground terminal and it snapped (right along the bolt head). What bothered me wasn't that the terminal broke—mistakes happen. It was how the situation was handled afterward. Instead of telling us what happened, he grabbed a pair of pliers and tried to jerry rig the terminal into position so the car would start and he could send my 50 year old mother off to break down.
