My mother needed a battery, so we brought her car to O'Reilly's in Leominster to have it replaced. During the installation, Axel overtightened the ground terminal and it snapped (right along the bolt head). What bothered me wasn't that the terminal broke—mistakes happen. It was how the situation was handled afterward.
