Today a friend come into your store and was racially profiled for not being of the white race. This is so horrible to happen in 2019 someone shouldn’t come into a public business and feel unwanted or less then just because your employees do not want to wait on someone that doesn’t look like the, especially just a big chain as yours. You need to do better at this store. There are so many other auto stores to go to and spend my money as well as her money.
Had a great experience at your store today. Came in to get headlight bulbs. Not only was I helped very quickly, but the gentleman assisting me also changed the bulbs for me. I don't know if that's a common practice, but I appreciated it very much. Great customer service!
