My spouse went in today to buy a bulb for the dim setting for the headlight of our Subaru Forester. Totally amazing service. The bulb cost $12, but the customer service was PRICELESS. The lady working there actually came out and helped my spouse install it. Then the District Manager showed up - and he pitched in and lent a hand. Beyond helpful.
Worst experience of online ordering I ever had. WILL NOT BE BACK. Add to it the people in the home office must all be trained by Helen Wait...That is about what I got. Placed order and got first email yesterday that said wait for 2nd email before coming to pick up order. It should be in about 30 minutes. DO NOT COME TO STORE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE SECOND EMAIL.
