Been looking for tail gate lift supports for the last 2 years from Houston ,Laredo ,Corpus Christi,saw Your store on the way to the Casino stop not in stock employee went out of his way to locate me one in a nearby town . SR. Efrain is a rude person He also works at Autozone aand one day I needed help with a part, but I wanted to show him the part because I didnt know his name. He told me he wasntt a mechanic, that I should go ask and get the information. The guy answered me in an inappropriate . That's what you call customer service, an employee who doesnt provide good service. And I saw him now at OReillyss with the same personality.
