SR. Efrain is a rude person He also works at Autozone aand one day I needed help with a part, but I wanted to show him the part because I didnt know his name. He told me he wasntt a mechanic, that I should go ask and get the information. The guy answered me in an inappropriate . That's what you call customer service, an employee who doesnt provide good service. And I saw him now at OReillyss with the same personality.

I went and purchased a car battery and it was dead. I went back and asked for a refund, they told me they couldn't return my old battery because they no longer had it. They also refused to refund me the $22 fee for the core. I called corporate and they told me the Regional Manager would contact me to resolve the issue. This happened on Thanksgiving and the issue has not been resolved. Go elsewhere.
