We had a situation where our grandson decided to go on an 90 mile adventure and ultimately wound up behind the Oreilly auto parts store. Luckily some of the employees and the store manager found him and took him in gave him water and some snacks to eat then called the local police department in Buena Vista. I took our lawn mower battery to them to have it charged, as I do the beginning of each year. Normal practice of any O'Reillys is they give the costumer a ticket and have you come back in a few hours. Apparently not at this O'Reilly, Michael allegedly charged it in less than 10 minutes, there was no life left he told me. The last time that happened an employee showed me and I bought a new battery. (Not at this location) I felt like this was incorrect so i took it to a different location. I had no problem getting it taken car... read more
Every time I go here, I get great service and they always have everything in stock that I use the guys that work there really helpful in Eric even does a lot of research to make sure I get the right parts For the various vehicles , i've been working on.. Everything I have purchased has lasted so far.
