Amazingly helpful and kind staff. Applied my fix a flat for me and then even pumped my tire back up for me using a HAND PUMP!! Highly recommended!

Called ahead to make sure they had the part we needed, got there & couldn't find it. Asked multiple people for help but they'd rather just eat donuts while watching us be frustrated. Took our business elsewhere!

Called a day ahead of time. Ordered my parts.they sold me the wrong parts.tore my truck apart,found out it was the wrong side.went back in returned the part.they then wanted me to drive to Saginaw for the part.i made them ship it here,they told me 7 am the next day.comer here at 9:30,and the part wasn't shipped yet.3 trips and a whole day wasted.this is bullshit

As a woman, I usually detest going to an auto store. I am usually running after something I know nothing about and have to spend so much time waiting on someone to wait on me or trying to find the part myself, but not at Murray's Discount Auto Store. I haven't been in there yet where 2-5 guys are giving me their undivided attention as soon as I walk in the store (and I'm no raving beauty).
