This location is terrible. Complete disregard for customer service . I ordered a part and was told I didn't have to pay for it until it was picked up. Was told it would be there on the 22nd of July. It got there a day early. They sent it right back claiming they had to because it wasn't paid for up front. No one even called me to tell me it had came in. I called and spoke with a employee named Kelvin. He didn't want to tell me who the store manager was or even let me speak to him telling me there was nothing that he could do... read more
Unfortunately, my car could need less repairs, but fortunately the staff at this location are pleasant to deal with and so it’s never an issue getting what I need to keep my car on the road!
