I ordered a part from this location for my car, because it was not in stock. I had to pay shipping charges for the fact that it was coming out of California. Took four days to come in. Finally I couldn't wait. I went to a competitor & got the same part delivered from another store location in two hours. So today I went in to get a refund, but I didn't get the entire refund back. Looks like company policy is no refunds on shipping charges. Sorry O'reilly's I'm taking my business somewhere else where there is no shipping charg... read more
