I ordered a simple oil pan and gasket Friday for Saturday morning pickup. Sat. morning it wasn't in but Manager Marco said it would come Sat 2:30 pm. No show again would be there 12:30 Sun. This time I call in advance it wasn't there...They were going to call me right back. No call so 4PM I go in person to return and go elsewhere. I was told a lot of misinformation....different versions of half truths/excuses. I would suggest shopping elsewhere unless you like that type of thing. I won't be back. 🤬

My mom went to get a blinker light. Since she bought it they said they would install it. Needless to say the girl had no idea what she was doing. She actually put it in the reverse light part. After words we called to let them know what kind of job was done, they didn't seem to really care at all. Why offer to put it in if you can't do it right? Also the fact that no one seems to care about the work being done wrong doesn't speak highly about your customers service.
