I am not going to go into details, but this crew went way out of their way to fix an issue I had with them. the issue was an honest mistake, and at least half my own fault. but the guy working here and I believe the manager on duty at the time quickly righted the wrong and went way above my expectations. I usually go to another auto store simply because it's closer, but I am now going to switch to this O'Reilly location as my go-to auto store.
The staff was very helpful, they have me as a customer.
