Absolutely terrible experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts. I brought my rotors so they can cut them and the job was completely botched. Carlos and Leonardo were the ones who “assisted” me im not saying they were the ones that did the job wrong , but they weren’t any help at all either. Whoever did the job not only cut them wrong, but they left the rotors in worse shape than when I brought it in. Now I’m stuck dealing with the damage they caused.
