2 stars because I have faith that the battery will be a good one, but the service needs improvement. Purchased a $300 battery for a 1500 Silverado, guy just slapped it on the counter after I paid, I asked if they would help install and he looked at me and said, "not for that one, you may need to go to a Pep boys or something for that." It took me 25 minutes in the parking lot to install, without the proper tools, I could do it in 5 with the proper tools and a cart, (like they have at every store, every other time I've purcha... read more
