Garbage service. Just waited in this place for half an hour just to get to the counter. Once I got there the guy went and got half my order, answer the phone for a call in customer, and decided to put me on hold while he helped the person on the phone. So freaking rude. I shop here for all my parts and now I will never shop here again

I went into my local store on Clover Rd. and Tracy Boulevard to buy new headlights for my car and only one employee was working while the rest were standing at the front door gawking at a former employees new truck. I stood at the register with my son for 5 minutes and nobody wanted to help us. They were more interested in that stupid truck. They lost a customer, I went to AutoZone and bought the headlights that I was going to buy at O'Reilly's which cost them an $80 sale. If I ever step foot in that O'Reilly Auto Parts stor... read more
