Between the unethical and poor business practices of Juan (store manager) and mckel (his boss) this store has earned a one star. If not for these 2, the rest of the staff would get a 5 star all day. O'Reilly doesn't pay their debts nor are they willing to communicate(finally paid after 60 days) . Juan is truly the reason why more stores have stopped dealing with O'Reilly. He is a back stabbing kull that O'Reilly needs to remove from this great establishment.
