VERY POOR customer service. Purchased a windshield wiper blade and when I asked could she put it on she stated she would try bc she doesn't have good luck with the back window blades. Walked outside and left her coworker helping someone else. She stated she couldn't get it off and would have to get HIM (the coworker) to put it on. She took the blade and walked back inside.
