Bought a battery at 200 for my car, called ahead to see if it could be installed. Got there and assistant manager hector and the tall kid I forgot his name came out changed the battery out and I bought a new terminal and installed it. Few days after my car sensor was shutting off my battery power. Not very knowledgeable on parts will sell you the wrong parts all the time if you don’t know the part number don’t ask them
Orielly is the only parts store ill use now . Advanced and auto zone is a joke. Worst case I go to napa
Outstanding service!!!!!!! I needed help and details with applying my rear view mirror and passenger mirror. I asked the employees if they could possibly do it and they told me “No, due to their store policies” which is completely understandable! I don’t know a darn thing about cars and as easy as it may be, I was afraid that I would do it the wrong way.
