Customer service is not good. My elderly mother went to buy a blinker bulb & asked them if they would change it for her,the guy said I don't do that and suggested she go to a garage. She's been there on several occasions which they did do things like that for her, guess it all depends who is on shift. She left there and went to Auto Zone, bought the bulb and asked if they would do it for her, and the employee said yes mam..that's part of our job! We will never do business there again! Jerry was awesome and he even installed my stubborn headlight at no charge for me. Never going back to Advanced Auto again.
Customer service is not good I would recommend somewhere else for your automotive parts.
O'Reilly is the only place to go!!! Knowledgeable staff, willing to help you in anyway they can!!!
