If I could give this business and their unprofessional, disrespectful, ridiculous excuse for employees no stars, I would. My father spent $150 on a battery for my car which was absolutely dead. When him and my grandfather went to return the battery WITH THE RECEIPT 45 minutes later, the employees refused to exchange them or give them a refund and denied the battery being bought there. My family members were called "thieves" and "liars" and it went so far that my mom had to leave work and have the police meet her at the store... read more
Always rude and unprofessional. After tonite I will make sure that everyone I know stays away from this location.
I went into the store at 7:15pm to try and buy something for a little over $2. I had cash and was told to get my debit or credit card because they had already made their deposit for the day.
