Very Rude employee Wes. He made me look all over the store for my items and parts. I’m not familiar with their store, but he just didn’t wanna get off his butt and help me. Matter fact, when I returned the wrong headlights that he gave me, he told me they were at another O’Reilly store and that for me to return it over there. I tried calling in to have them place an order in a part to pickup and the guy on the phone said they don’t do that and sounded like he didn’t even want to try and is lazy at his job. So I ended up calling the Brentwood blvd store and they had no problem placing the order for me, which took 2 minutes to do over the phone. They seem to actually care about their customers and are not lazy. I have never had a bad experience working with the Brentwood blvd O’Reilly.
Andrew really helped me with my AC. He went above and beyond what most places would do for their customers. Thank you for the great customer service.
