Popped in to pick up some Bosch wiper blades. Your clerk, Joe, was very helpful and even volunteered to show me how to put them on. The whole visit took less than 10 minutes, which is great.

Had the break pads I needed. I leave my rotors to have them turned, three hours later still no return call. I drive to the store they tell me they cannot turn them. They ones they give to me were not even the pair I dropped off. Mine were still on the counter where I dropped them off at. After a small disagreement over whose rotors were whose mine, the right pair are being turned now. Another 30 minute wait. Make that 45 minutes.

Coming here was a complete waste of time. Was promised that my parts would be here in 2 days. SURPRISE!!! They weren't... While one dude tried to figure out where they were, the rest played grab-ass in the back, yelling things like "suck my dick", and "fuck you" at one another. This is the typical level of service I see here.
