Called last week to see if they could change my car battery for me, the guy on the phone told me if it’s one or a few bolts to get out the battery out that it would be no problem. I go in an hr later and the guy at the counter tells me they won’t change my battery, I told him I just called and Scott told me they’d be able to. Don’t tell customers one thing and then not follow through with it.
The staff was very helpful and tested all the necessary systems when van battery died. :-)
