Had a great expierence last month when a family member of mine had their car battery die. We brought them the battery, expecting to just buy a replacement and be on our way. The tech recommended they test the battery in addition to us getting a new battery, then returning to the store so they can test if our alternator was bad. We followed his recommendation, returned to the store with the new battery in the car. They ran their tests and it said the battery was also bad. I was helped here on Monday night by a gentleman named Allen "AlCapone". He was kind enough to assist my family as we purchased a battery for my mother's car. After the easy purchase, he installed it and we were on our way within 15 minutes. While we waited, he even provided fun activities for my 10 year old to do to keep everyone entertained. Great service!
