RecommendedMy new battery, 7 months old from O'Reilly, went dead. I asked for a jump. The manager who was helping me saw that the neg cable connection was stripped inside & out. She could have done the quick fix, but she replaced battery & screw. Very professional, thanks. John Hagerty
The guy told me twice he was supposed to be on break. I just left, go take your damn break. Then he gave me a condescending wave as he stood there smoking a cigarette and I drove away. So unprofessional and rude.
Thanks for the great service, your manager working there today 14DEC2017 at around 4pm was a great help and very kind to me and helped me get what I was looking for and even gave me advice on what type of snow chains would be easiest for me to handle, and thanks to the whole crew not one of them treated me badly while I was there.
