I couldn't be more happy to have stopped in to O'reilly's auto-parts this morning. I had to get a simple bulb for an indicator light and had one of the best experiences in an auto-parts store. Herb is an asset to this company. He looked up my part, went to the proper location to find it, made sure I had everything I needed to change out my bulb, signed me up for rewards card, but the best part was the sparkling conversation and the fact that you felt like you were doing business with a friend.
