Broke down up the street, called ahead and ordered part, came to pick up the part and it wasn’t ready. Came back an hour later still not ready. Almost two hours later I finally receive the part and the customer service was awful.
Saturday night, November 19th, I came in the store to get wiper blades. When I did the cashier brought them out to my car and put them on for me. Not to mention it was very cold, dark, and snowing but he didn't act like it bothered him. Good move Oriellys!!!!!
After 2 different auto parts stores, 2 times my wipers tangling, 2 times guys talking over me, insisting their little book is right and I'm wrong about the wipers I need, I bypassed all the guys and went to Donna at O'Reilley. Donna listens, Donna measures, Donna tests the wipers. Donna says, "the computer is wrong, you do need one shorter blade." Donna sells me the right wiper. Be like Donna.
