Been standing in front of a register for 15 minutes asking for someone to ring me up, I can here people behind the shelves in the back but no one will come check me out. Even tried calling while I stood there and it rang until the call was dropped without an answer
On 12-5-25 my son's vehicle died in Cross Lanes WV. He was able to limp to the local OReilly store. The manager Joe was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and providing the parts along with recommending local mechanics who could make the repairs. He left OReillys around 12:30pm and had his repair completed by 3pm. Thank you store manager Joe for your excellent customer service.
