Clean good store, but zero product quality. Bought a real expensive grease gun, but after pumping it does not disengage and the tip that it came with would not let go. Then later, Bought a tiny grease gun thinking that the other one is was too cheap actually work. The tiny ones work until their low quality tips need to release from the nipple or your trailer or grease fitting. Thank you so much to Duane at Topsham O’Reilly! My exhaust came apart recently and Duane found the clamp I needed and then he came out and clamped my exhaust back together for me. On another day he was looking for the source of an oil leak and discovered that my truck had a coolant leak I didn’t even know about. He tightened up a loose nut and it turns out I was almost an entire bottle of coolant low. Much appreciation to Duane for his hard work, knowledge, and going above and beyond!
I came in on Easter with little to no knowledge of cars and William was more than happy to help me figure out what was wrong as well as how to fix it. He even went as far as putting in what I needed for me. 10/10 would recommend William
