Ask for Eddie! He’s the best, he helped me with my air and got me up to speed. She taught me a little about cars. Thank god for him! Give him a raise.
Eduardo is the man. He helped me last year and I was so happy to see him working today. He is very knowledgable and is great about providing good information. His customer services is out of this world, I am always skeptical when it comes to anything to do with cars. I don't get that feeling with Eduardo - he is a rare gem in this day and age.
Ray was very unhelpful, suggesting a larger part when I asked for help finding a smaller one. He stopped ringing me up to say the people in the corner speaking another language scared him and called out "English please." After ringing me up he told me to leave before they started sending rockets, implying the customers speaking another language were terrorists. I will not be returning due to this encounter with Ray.
I had a great visit the other day. I bought a pair of headlights early this year & luckily it was under warranty. A young gentleman, Guerrero, helped me install them & recommended to use some grease to protect the light bulbs.
Always have what I need.
