Absolutely terrible. I purchased $315 in parts all with lifetime warranty. All of the parts failed within 3,000 miles. Since they entered the part number incorrectly on my receipt, they refuse to honor the warranty. They claim I shouldn't be upset because I saved money as a result of their mistake. Paying over $600 for $300 in parts plus the labor to do the job twice is NOT saving money. Apparently, their math skills are no better than their parts, warranty or customer service.
I have never received the level of service and especially "customer service" as I received at this store, yesterday. The man behind the counter, Christopher, went above and beyond, with every single interaction and transaction. I would like to let everyone know that this company, and in particular, this location, really cares about their customers. I will be doing all my auto parts business with O'Reilly's, from here on out. Thanks again, Christopher, for your excellent service!!!
