I am an ex-military disabled veteran with a service connected ID card which is excepted by many business for military discounts. when I went in today to pick something up the guy behind the counter would not except it as the store has before, in fact the day before. The guy said it had to be a DOD issued card. Really? They need to train their employees better. It was very offensive and a bit embarrassing as there were others behind me. When my boyfriend was not around, my van kept costantly breaking down. I knew he went to OReillys for everything, so that is where I headed. They did everything I needed and more. One of the managers helped but a new radiator in it, they came to my house after work on a Sunday night to replace my thermostat. I will not go anywhere else for any thing I need to fix my car, regardless of the price. They have won my loyalty for life here in Warner Robins.
